Our Disco themed stilt walkers were the hit of the party at a private event at the House of Blues.

They danced the night away with the awesome 70's house band and kept the guest's dancing all night.

Mime & Stilt Walker - April 1st 2013

San Diego Spotlight Entertainment had a great time pranking employees

 as they arrived for work on April 1st.

Upon arrival they were greeted by a mime and stilt walker at the entrance to their parking lot. The parking lot was designated as a stilt walker crossing zone.

 

Cars were inspected by our mime and id badges were verified.

San Diego Stilt Walkers - VH1 Dawn of the Con

The SDSE team pulled out stops to create new stilted characters for the VH1 Dawn of the Con Party at Petco Park, hosted by Rob Zombie.

Our new make-up artist's are an amazing duo that not only do fx make-up but they are also entertainers - we are so excited to welcome them to our team!

August - Strolling Tables month-in-review

I haven't had much time to blog lately, and a few people have been asking me what we have been up to...so here is a quick Month-in-Review!

We started August with a busy night in LA. We had an Engagement Party in Beverly Hills with our Marie Antoinette Strolling Table and 10 miles away we had a couple of stilt walkers for a wedding reception.

It was a crazy night!Our Madonna Strolling Table worked a few times in Rancho Santa Fe for birthday parties. She is always a hit! The Venetian Strolling Table went out twice and is set to go out again this month. We were proud to be a part of the Legacy 4 Life Fun Raiser. It was a wonderful experience to work with San Diego's TOP event professionals to create such a successful event. Our Festive Strolling Table was able to show off her skills on the LAWN at the Hilton Bay Front. It was an Honor to perform at San Diego Magazine's "Best of San Diego" Party...it was a blast!

In all we had 15 events for August and have been working extremely hard planning for October. We are already contracted to be in San Francisco, Vegas, and Canada in the next month.

Fire and Ice Stilt Walkers

We received a call from an agent on Friday, she was in a panic - she had an event spring up on her for the following Monday. The theme was Fire and Ice. We have worked with this agent for years and she knows we can pull off anything. We spent the weekend sewing costumes and pulling costumes from our warehouse.

The event turned out beautiful and the 3000 guests had a great time!

The ice sculptor was great - keep an eye out for her on America's Got Talent!
